Meet Your Teacher, Maria Benardis

 

Maria Benardis, faculty member at NewEarth University’s School of Health & Wellness is a Gourmand Award-winning Author, Chef, Food Alchemist, Motivational Speaker, Intuitive Health & Wellness Coach and Founder of Greekalicious.

After spending many years as a well-respected and highly sought-after accounting, taxation law and financial specialist, Maria decided on a career change after she experienced numerous health issues, her life-changing calling and epiphany which inspired her go back to her first love – cooking.

Her mission is to, “help humanity thrive and realize their limitless potential by equipping them with the know-how to maximize their health and wellness”.

Maria knows first-hand about illness and hardships:

She has experienced many illnesses throughout her life that she successfully self-healed. These include years of depression, ongoing gut and digestive issues, and cysts. She’s had several surgeries including the removal of ¾ of her left lung. She spent many years in-and-out of hospitals.

She also suffered horrific childhood abuse and was orphaned at the age of 4 years old. Maria Benardis has spent many years studying and applying the ancient Greek texts on medicine, therapy and philosophy and has consolidated and summarized all this info into her course curriculum. Maria has diligently practiced the many practices & tools featured in her online course and has been ill-free for over 15 years.
