Below are the frequency ranges of basic foods as measured by the Tainio Technology Frequency Monitoring Device (currently the most accurate tool for measuring food frequencies).
This device does not distinguish between harmonious and inharmonious vibrations. This is why animal fleshes can register higher than sprouted grains and cooked vegetables. The Hierarchy of Foods chart takes everything into account—harmony, ease of digestion, alkalinity, and vibrational values. Use the chart to determine the health, energy, and weight loss values of the foods you eat. We provide this chart just to give you the scientific vibrational measurements of common foods. For the purposes of this chart, “raw” refers to plant foods that have not been heated above 118º Fahrenheit.
